“They were actually larger than expected which is great - less for me to lay! Heading over to the store next week to buy what I need so I can lay my new floor. Sample arrived super quick and well wrapped ensuring it arrived in one piece. All I need to do now is learn how to lay a floor.”
“Looking at the pictures on the website, I thought it was a really nice shade of green and white but when I received my sample, I realised it's almost 2 shades of grey. Really dull. I could not believe my eyes.”
We're sorry the sample didn’t match the images and that you’re disappointed with the colour.
If you have any outstanding concerns, please feel free to reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to help.
Kind regards,
The Tile Mountain Team
“Love this tile so much! So effective even in a small room. Went with a dark grey grout and really looks lovely together. Put it around the bath and the floor and it’s fab.”
“I have ordered a a lot of sample from a lot of companies and Tile Mountains packaging was the best.
The sample arrived fast, like next day fast. And all perfectly sized to fit through the letterbox. 10/10.”
