What is not great is when u get 840kg worth of tiles delivered quickly so as to not miss them being taken by someone else even though I've placed the order for them and paid for them....and then be told that one need to check for damages within 24 hrs otherwise unlikely to be able to return if damaged.....very unfair system as our work didn't start for another week...if i was elderly how am i supposed to check....”
