“The product itself is very good it's just when you're matching to another product that is an identical match in theory they don't always match together after I'd discovered this I did raise it and yes the technical department also found that two identical ones don't necessarily match so if you're marrying to an existing floor with all clip pattern it appears that it does need to be either some work done to modify where the joint goes or tentatively you might not be able to get it to work”
We would never advise using two different flooring products together as the click systems can vary. However, we are very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
