“We saw a particular style of flooring (LVT) at Tile mountain last year when we were starting to look for our Kitchen/Diner but wanted it to go all the way through into our living room. It was on at a good price but then went up before Xmas. Luckily, it came down again in March just at a time when we were looking to buy. We've now had it fitted and it looks brilliant. On day of delivery, there were a couple of boxes with damaged corners and damaged planks inside. Tile Mountain were brilliant at replacing them so we didn't suffer. My one gripe is that it's always difficult to estimate how much flooring to buy and they have a no returns policy in which they say that they can't take packs back, even unopened, because the batch numbers won't match to existing stock. Well this is rubbish. We bought 19 packs of Boulder and there were 4 different batch codes in the delivery, and the two replacement packs sent for the damages were different batch codes again so wake up Tile Mountain. You should offer a reasonable amount (%) of returns within a maximum period either taken to one of your stores of sent back by courier at the customers expense even with a small restock penalty”
