“Tiles are nice, but ordering / delivery a shambles. Required more tiles than origianlly ordered so paid for the next day delivery with the hope I could keep my tiler going. Tiles never showed up & following numerous phone calls and e-mails it transpires the tiles never left the depot in the first place. Eventually arrived a week later than required & cost me an extra days money to my tiler for the return visit. Refunded the overnight delivery fee but the damage was done financially.”

Our terms and conditions state that we are unable to cover any consequential losses, so we do always advise ordering with plenty of time to complete your project. However, please rest assured that we are looking into this matter with the courier to prevent similar situations in the future.
