“The tiles are fine however the service is poor. As trade this is the wrong place to do business with. No tiles in stock at the shop. I gave the salesperson the measurements and they told me what i would need. I am a pack of Decor tiles over. I took them back but they doo not give rfunds on tiles whereas every other tile shop i have used give refunds up to 28 days.
What they do is sell you extra packs to gain more sales telling you its what you need. Learnt my lesson i should have worked it out myself. Wont go back and any of my customers that want tiles from tile mountain i will tell to go elsewhere”
