The chap doing the tiling said he was amazed at the quality and also how uniform they were, it made he job so much easier.

“Additional tiles were required and ordered and delivered within 48 hours whcih was really good. Unfortunately one of the box of tiles was broken. I contacted the help team who were extremly helpful and these were replaced within 24 hours. Really good service and really pleased with the tiles. They look really good. The majority of the bathroom was bought from Tile Mountain / Bathroon and I am really delighted with the look but also the quality of the items.”
I'm sorry to hear that the tiles didn't meet your expectations in terms of appearance and performance. Watermarks can be frustrating, and can be exacerbated in hard-water areas. I have, therefore, asked the showroom to contact you as soon as possible to resolve this with you.
