“Tiles were perfect, staff at tile mountain hull was brilliant
3rd party delivery company was shocking , didn’t deliver on time, no communication, waited all day , received 4 days later”
“Steve helped us in store he was great very knowledgeable and tiles look fantastic still waiting to fit them but what ive seen in the box were very happy with the look of them”
“These tiles look really good, I got them for all three of my bathrooms! They're matte so slip proof which is perfect since I live with my elderly parents.
I've had so many compliments on them and have been asked by many people for the link so they could get the same!”
“Apart from the colour being more Grey than Cream, the bigger issue is that they are sold as 1200x600mm, but in reality they are actually 1200x595mm and now don’t tie up with the feature wall tiles we have purchased!”
We are very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the sizing of the tiles.
The sizes advertised are the nominal sizes - this is what we have to advertise, and is the average size produced. This can, therefore, vary by 5mm bigger or smaller, from batch to batch, and is within tolerance according to British Tiling Standards.
That said, we never want to leave a customer unhappy or struggling with their tiles, so have referred this over to the showroom to find a resolution with you.
Best wishes,
Tile Mountain
“If you want a contemporary and luxury look to your bathroom, then this is the one to go for! Incredible look and feel. Works well for larger size bathrooms if you are looking to reduce the amount of waste produced from cutting.”
