We are very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the sizing of the tiles.
The sizes advertised are the nominal sizes - this is what we have to advertise, and is the average size produced. This can, therefore, vary by 5mm bigger or smaller, from batch to batch, and is within tolerance according to British Tiling Standards.
That said, we never want to leave a customer unhappy or struggling with their tiles, so have referred this over to the showroom to find a resolution with you.
