“We ordered a couple of tile samples beforehand to check the variation in batch colours, they were pretty consistent and when the order was delivered we were delighted with the look of the flooring. The delivery was well wrapped but a small quantity of the tiles at the corner had been knocked in transit and were damaged. We reported the damage straight away through the breakages QR code weblink and we’ve already been notified that the replacements are on the way. Superb customer service from Rabia who was very helpful during the whole order process. Looking forward to seeing our floor when it is finished.”
“I received tiles that were completely different from what I ordered, and they were also damaged. I reported the issue immediately and was told that a collection would be arranged.
Over the course of an entire week, I had to call your customer service team repeatedly. Each time, I had to explain the situation again to different colleagues, and no effective action was taken. This caused me significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and caused unnecessary stress.
In the end, I had to bring the tiles back to your shop myself in order to resolve the issue and obtain a refund. This should not have been necessary, as the error was entirely on your side.
