“Tiles look great and have gone up easy. The only issue I would say is the poor packaging and delivery. The tiles were pallet dropped outside so had to move them in. If this was for someone with mobility or an elderly person this would not be good. We also had one packet of tiles cracked down the center. You would not know this unless you opened all the boxes.
Would I purchase form tile mountain again yes but would check every box and make the delivery driver wait.”

Tile Mountain out source delivery so no their fault however customer services at Tile Mountain didn’t seem to know what was going on.
After a failed delivery,on a Wednesday,due to the lorry being “too big” for my road,I was told delivery would be the next day.After that I was told they were out for delivery on Good Friday.I then made contact over chat messages later on Good Friday and was told they were not out for delivery as contact couldn’t be made with the delivery depot.The tiles were eventually delivered on Tuesday (6 days later) baring in mind we did have Easter weekend-it was the same lorry that “couldn’t” deliver them the first time.
I would highly recommend Tile Mountain change their couriers.”
