“Great tile, highly polished and quite flat. Only one broken one and the odd tile had a blemish. The main problem was the paper sleeve between each tile. They are the same size as the tile and if they are not perfectly positioned, which would be difficult, the tile is scratched on the edge. Some sleeves were missing altogether, hence a few scratches. There were more scratched tiles than good ones. Managed to get rid of them on cuts but a bit of a palava. Please use bigger sleeves as they would be more likely to protect them.”
I’m pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality and finish of the tiles overall; however, I’m very sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the protective paper sleeves. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find scratches caused by inadequate or missing protection, and I appreciate the effort you had to go to in working around this during installation.
