“I have stage 4 cancer and I am weak from treatment.
I emailed Tile Mountain explaining this and that I will need help with the delivery. I was told that it was kerbide delivery only and I was therefore very nervous as to whether the delivery man would help me with getting the pallet of tiles from kerbside to closer to my doorway.
The delivery man was SUPERB. He brought the pallet of tiles straight to my doorway without any fuss and with a great attitude too”
