“Nice tiles. But many came chipped and my tiler commented on how easily they were chipping when cutting! Even after they were down and the spacers were being taken out!! Luckily we've managed to hide some with the grout. Wouldn't purchase again!”
I am sorry to see that you have experienced some problems installing your tiles.
When cutting porcelain, we always advise using a diamond-tipped wet-wheel cutter that is big enough to support the tile. “Very beautiful tiles. Tiles arrived intact. I am in love with the look of them. However, the tiles are not straight so won’t sit on the floor flat, takes a lot of work to get them to sit nicely without hilly feels to them. They also crack very easily when cutting to fit them. Fitter has suggested that we get some tile protectant to spray into them as he’s worried that if we were to drop something heavy on them, they’ll shatter.”
We are very sorry to see that you experienced some issues when installing your tiles.
We always advise our customers to let us know of any problems as soon as they become apparent, so that we can help to rectify any issues. We cannot see that we have been informed of this issue until this point, and from your comments, we can assume that the order has already been installed in full. That said, we would never want to leave you unhappy and would always want to help our customers in any way that we can.
