“Very pretty floor tiles. My bathroom is not finished yet but they has already been commented on. There was a 1mm discretion but normal I guess so a challenge for the fitter but the price point was very good.”
“These tiles are just beautiful, they look very good quality for such a good price!
Delivery was great, the driver was very pleasant and helpful.
Our bathroom is still being renovated so I have yet to test them out after a shower or bath but they don't look slippery when wet. Have also dropped a couple tools ect during the renovations and no chips or cracks. Very impressed, they're perfect :)”
“Tiles are great. We have installed them in our greenhouse over some underfloor heating. We've still got some finishing touches. But very much liking the look. Thank you again for sorting”
“Sadly these tiles arrived damaged. I filled out the form and also emailed in a picture. Heard nothing. I acceted a 50% refund on 5 tiles.
Not impressed at all”
We did email you asking for a little more information so we could issue your refund - however, I am very sorry if this did not come through to you.
I have now refunded the tiles as requested, and have emailed you to let you know. I am very sorry for any delay.
If there is anything more that we can do to assist please do not hesitate to come back to us.
