“We purchased almost all of the items we required to completely refit the house we purchased.
This included all bathroom items including flooring and tiles. In addition we purchased the oak flooring for all the ground floor.
Through out the months we frequently visited the store, we were attended to courteously and all the advise and help we needed.
The team were a great and helpful , down to a coffee as we arrived.
The only issues we met were to do with the carriers your company used.
We had late deliveries but more upsetting many examples of damaged items, toilet in many pieces, 6 of 12 boxes of tiles broken, then 3 of the 6 replacements boxes broken again. Appalling time and time again. You certainly need to look in to your carriers.
But Mountain team, 10 out of 10.”
