Then received email saying that my order would be delivered in 2 days
On the day of the delivery I received an email at 4.57pm saying that some of my order is out of stock and could not be delivered today ??! Shocking service from this company and really poor communication”
“Great tiles and surface finish. Had a minor issue with the initial delivery where the bottom 3 packs of tiles were all cracked (6 tiles). Contacted Tile Mountain and they responded immediately and arranged replacements to be delivered. Great service, would use again.”
We are very sorry to see that you have concerns over the durability of the tile.
I can confirm that it is porcelain, and so should be incredibly durable. For example, for every mm of thickness, porcelain should last 100 years.
We do always advise letting us know of any problems so that we can quickly identify a solution. I have, however, contacted you personally for some more information to see how we can best assist.
