“We ordered our tiles and could select the best day for delivery-they arrived as arranged and the pallet was wheeled into our garage without any fuss.
Not unexpectedly we encountered a couple of damaged tiles-upon contact the process to resolve this couldn’t have been any easier to be honest! We were happy to keep the 2 damaged tiles as we could use them and a discount was applied without question.
We have another order to place in the coming weeks and I have no concerns in doing this and shipping with Tile Mountain again.
