“Tiles look good but fitting is not so good. Video is in Spanish. Click fit is by a hammer!. Long edges click simply together then short edge butts up but is only levelled hitting it into place . No details what to hit it with or how hard resulting in damaged edges if you hit it too hard., Nice product poor instructions.”
“Responsive customer service when I needed to change the delivery date at very short notice. Sorted promptly and without incident.
The product is great quality and looks great down. No underlay needed but floor does need to be completely level. The product is actually an off white despite it's name implying otherwise.”
“Very smooth transaction from start to finish. Easy to order, customer service very helpful, delivery on time, helpful and polite delivery man. All in all excellent service.”
