The reason I didn't choose 5 stars is due to choice of one of the delivery companies used by Tile Mountain called Pallex who not only twice delayed delivery beyond the date promised but also showed up with broken tiles. They're unreliable and it cost us money and time which we could ill afford. On one occasion DHL delivered and that was on time and to the right quality. To ensure a smooth end to end customer experience please consider which courier company you use, otherwise it will drive customers elsewhere.

“Easy to order, however had to contacted customer care team reference breakage of several boxes, spoke with Clinton, who was very professional and helpfull and the replacements were delivered the next day,I was that impressed with his professionalism or ordered, more of the same tiles to carry on through into my hall.”
