“The delivery service they use do not care about the products, we received 4 sets of tiles that were completely shattered at different deliveries, even though customer service sent replacement without too many issues, the poor delivery meant we had to go through the complaint process 3 times to be able to get our product in okay condition. The last set even had a couple of broken tiles but we had given up by then.
I wont be ordering from here again.”
