“Hi- ordered the Elconi light grey as they were the perfect size to minimise ground lines. The sample tile was useful for colour matching. The tiles were ordered and I ticked narrow across- so slot changed from Friday to Monday. We arent that narrow as 7.5ton truck brought the bathroom and bigger brought the skip!! But apparently the pallet delivery company couldn’t get to our Monday, so we were told Tuesday, then Wednesday- finally after a few million customer centre calls we were told Thursday… turns out a courier brought the tiles and he laughed that the pallet company said the road was bad… the tiles arrived in boxes of two not on pallet - and one box is damaged.. crux of the story if you live in an alleged narrow place let the company know!!! I can’t comment on the quality on the floor as due to delays the builders gone and the tiles are in boxes!!!”
