“Lovely product and cheap pricing. I choose Tile Mountain as I thought I could go to store if I needed extra boxes. Only one store in Stoke holds stock no other stores hold stock, my local store only has deliveries on a Wednesday so if you run out after 11am on Tuesday you have to wait a week to collect or pay £29.99 delivery. They also do not accept returns so if you order too much you’re not getting a refund, unless you return the full order. This was stated in small print on website. Really not impressed I would chosen another company to order from if I know this before ordering.”
“The floor is not a bad quality but it is not very fitter friendly. Cuts are very difficult to fit in. When it’s together it definitely won’t come apart even if you want it to”
