“I’m very happy with my bathroom tile purchase. The tiles look fantastic and give the space a clean, modern finish. They seem to be good quality and were a great choice for my bathroom. I’d happily recommend them to others.”
“TileMountain's service was absolutely first class. Super fast delivery and the pallet was very extremely well packaged.
Because of the size of the tiles I was concerned about potential breakages during shipping, but I am happy to report that from a 58m2 order not a single tile was damaged or broken! Perfect!
The tiles themselves are excellent: very realistic silver travertine look, but being porcelain should be a hundred times more durable, not affected by stains, they don't require sealing, and are therefore much more appropriate for a kitchen and hallway.
Buy with confidence. Thanks very much.”
“Nice looking tile but really brittle and chip really easy. The slightest knock will snap a tile in half.
These tiles do not like to be scored and snapped along their length.”
I am sorry to see that you have experienced some problems with your tiles.
It is recommended that porcelain tiles be cut using an electric diamond-tipped wet-wheel cutter that is big enough to fully support the tile. We would not, therefore, advise using a rail cutter with a tile such as this. I am sorry, however, if you were unaware of this until now, and for any inconvenience caused.
Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to assist with your project - we are always more than happy to assist our customers in any way that we can.
