“I feel bad giving Tile mountain a low score as the whole process was actually very seamless, and everyone who I dealt with were very nice and helpful. However, the pictures advertising the product I ordered were absolutely nothing like what actually arrived. I feel like this is a very bad case of false advertising and I can’t see how anyone would accept what’s delivered, over what they have actually purchased. Poor form definitely, but having said that I do appreciate the good service from Tile Mountain to collect and refund the issue. This did however cost me half a days money for the tiler who I had booked in ready to fit these tiles, so do beware ordering from these pictures. I wouldn’t shop here again because of this.”

“I got several tiles as samples, they were delivered in less than 48 hours, great samples. I visited the Stockport showroom and was so impressed. It's so well merchandised and easy to imagine the tiles in your own space with how it's all set up, with various bathroom scenarios set out. It's one of the best showrooms I've seen since having to shop for a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I spoke with Steve who was so helpful, will definitely be back to order from them. An exceptional variety and colours of tiles too, from plain, basic, patterned, wood effect, marble, ceramic etc, and competitive prices.Topps tiles could learn a thing or 2 here on choice.”
