We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with our delivery costs. We use a courier service and so are governed by their costs - we pay around £60 per pallet per delivery, depending on the delivery location, and so do already subsidise deliveries for customers as much as we can.
We do offer collection from our regional showrooms, but this is only available if you purchase directly through your chosen showroom. We also offer the same prices online as we do instore. We are sorry, however, if you were unaware of this until now.
