“We ordered a full tile size sample ahead of purchasing 10m2, the full tile was nice and the right colour. However when it was tiled into our bathroom floor it looked terrible - the problem primarily lies with the size, the 60x15 is very short and looks very busy and messy. The tile is actually quite shiny when light hits it and has a wobbly surface which doesn’t look nice when it catches the light. We were disappointed, ended up removing all the tiles 1 day after tiling the room due to unhappiness with the end result and binning all the tiles.”
I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles you have received.
We do always advise dry-laying the tiles prior to fixing them to ensure that customers are happy with the tiles.
