“I ordered 70 sqm of tiles.
When i received the delivery which was one full pallet. On top its says check for broken tiles before unwrapping which is impossible, turned out arout 3 sqm were broken.
After we started to lay them we discovered they were 3 different batches, which made it a nightmare to lay as three batches were very different from each other even though they looked the same.
Disappointed to be honest, not sure if the loading person made a mistake, but did make our life very difficult .”
