“Nice times but faulty!
Every tile had to be cut vertically where they join as there was absolutely no space for grout. I then had to purchase two more packs and complained at having to pay full price for what was obviously a faulty tile. It was explained that the quality team were looking at the tiles. My bathroom has been finished for 10 days now, i’ve sent a number of emails annd photos and it’s still not resolved. I was very unhappy to have to pay an extra 70 odd pound and then pay the fitter extra for the extra time as he had to cut them all, delaying him, costing extra time and money for me to pay out!”
I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles.
While you did decide to keep and use the tiles, I can understand the frustration that this has caused, so I have contacted you personally to discuss this further with you.
