“I'd been looking for a while for some tiles for our bathroom and found these on Tile Mountain at a lower price than I'd seen elsewhere. I ordered a sample which arrived within a few days.
Before ordering the tiles I called customer services to query about delivery and the risk of broken tiles. They were very helpful and reassured me that any breakages during transit would be replaced if we took photos of the tiles and the boxes they came in to ensure they replaced from the same batch.
The tiles were delivered on a pallet within a couple of days well wrapped with no breakages.
Our builder commented on the quality of the tiles and how easy they were to work with.
