We were advised by your transport company early this morning that they would be delivering to us between 10.39am and 12.39.
I rearranged my commitments from the morning to the afternoon to accommodate this delivery window
Then nothing …..
I waited in all afternoon as well.
As the afternoon progressed I rand on three different occasions to see if the delivery was coming, the first two times I was promised a call back that never happened
On the 3rd time I did get a response at 16.16pm that informed me that I was the next delivery today
It’s now 18.32 pm and I’m still waiting.
Your Carrier has wasted my whole day
I have no idea if they will turn up over the weekend or not.
Worse still they are costing you business, as I and everyone I speak to will be reluctant to order from Tile Mountain in the future, as none of us wish a repeat of this debacle.
Please don’t simply blame the carrier, because Tile Mountain have. Selected them and employed them, so ultimately it’s your responsibility, and the damage is to your reputation and your business
Please forward this email to your director, because it’s important that they are aware of this adverse impact on your business”
I am very sorry for any delay with your delivery. This is not at all the service we expect to receive from our courier, and I want to assure you that this is being looked into with them to prevent this from happening again.
The order has been delivered, and we have already contacted you personally to look into a gesture of goodwill to apologise further for any inconvenience caused.
