I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the edges of the tiles, and to the damage incurred during transit. I can see that we have issued a refund for the affected tiles - however, if there is anything more that we can do to assist with this, please do not hesitate to come back to us.
Regards,
Joanna
“The tiles are amazing, they look great, they are not slippery, which ensures safety, I recommend this company, the delivery was very fast and without any problems :)))”
“The first outdoor tile we bought was for a deck area. Really beautiful tile which came quicker than usually get from other businesses.
Then we got The Kansas for front area coping and pillar tops. Looks amazing. We under ordered but the quick delivery paid off and nothing was missed out. We burred the edges for bull nose effect. No tile shattered.”
