“I bought a second lot of tiles and unfortunately the quality wasn't the same My builder said they were kind of smashed and broken easily when cutting. It really was visible the difference in texture.
So, not happy with the second lot, however the first one was perfect..??”
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the quality of your second batch of tiles wasn't consistent with your first purchase. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
When cutting tiles, we recommend using a suitable wet tile cutter with an appropriate blade to achieve a cleaner cut and minimise the risk of chipping or breakage.
However, if you've experienced a noticeable difference in quality, we'd be more than happy to look into this further and assist with a resolution. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any assistance.
Kind regards,
Team Tile Mountain
“I like the tiles but half of them in the middle of the pallet were smashed to bits. Wouldn’t risk ordering again, has been not a good experience and a lot of hassle. Having to claim back through mastercard in the end.”
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We can see that our showroom team has since been in contact with you to help get this resolved, and we hope everything has now been sorted.
We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Best wishes,
The Tile Mountain Team
“Two thirds of the tiles looked very nice, the other 3rd (18 tiles) were smashed to bits. You only have 2 days to check every single tile so don’t get them delivered until your tiler or someone who can check every single tile is with you if you are physically unable to check them as they are heavy and you wont be able to see the damaged ones when they are in boxes on the pallet they are delivered on.”
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that 18 tiles arrived smashed and that the check window is so short.
If you have any outstanding concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team, and we’ll be happy to assist where we can.
Warm regards,
The Tile Mountain Team
