“I very much liked this tile, and decided to go to the local warehouse to try and see it in a bigger size from the sample I'd sent for. I was really disappointed to find that not only was this one not available to look at, there were no samples at all of possible alternatives. My only option was to send for alternative samples via post. I struggle to see how this can possibly suit customer's requirements because a large part of deciding on a final choice is viewing them in a bigger size. Your competitors warehouse very close to the local one I visited do have samples available to take away. Guess who I will be visiting next?”
