“Lovely looking but when they were installed we noticed little fault lines in many of the tiles. Spoke to someone in ‘customer services’ who informed me they wouldn’t replace them even though they were damaged because I’d not checked them within 5 days of delivery. Ok I thought I’ll have to buy some more (because half the bathroom was already tiled) so I ordered a box of 7 tiles for £30, not too bad. BUT then I was charged another £30 for a pallet delivery! Honestly the pallet they arrived on was so small I could lift it with the tiles on by myself! Wont be shopping with Tile Mountain again.”
