“The tiles have arrived and they are great I'm very pleased with them. My problem is with the delivery company I booked delivery for Wednesday they never came and we didn't hear from courier I called Thursday to be told they would arrive in the am so tilers came to fit in the pm I called again to find out where they were and was told the wagon couldn't drive into my road a perfectly normal road I was then fobbed off by the couriers. Tile mountain and their staff couldn't have helped more thou they were great and I finally got my delivery this morning. So to summarise tile mountain and the service from them was excellent but they were let down with the poor courier.”
