“Pallet had collapsed, but they decided to wrap it in plastic and deliver it anyway, it was completely ripped and also it had cracked tiles. Which we discovered while organising it to be returned. Customer services were fobbing me off and asked me to find my own delivery company even though they sent me a damaged pallet. Sam saw how I'd been dealt with and kindly stepped in to help. Thank you Sam. Also colours not as described.”
“Really happy with the end result but had to buy many of these tiles as they break and chip very easily. You will need 20-30% extra rather than 10% for wastage.”
