“The tiles ad displayed were an individual tile approx 6ins×2ins.
What I actually received were a little over 24ins × 12 ins.

Customer services were a little short of rude telling me to go back to the store because that was the order number.bet.
Delivery:
I was informed, by the Delivery agent 2 days before and after paying in full that the £30 charge for 3 boxes of tiles wad kerb side and even if I opted to luck them up from the store there's STILL a delivery charge!!
Eventually they were dropped IN THE ROAD because the lorry was too big to get in my lay-by
Disgraceful service all round.
Never buy from this company again.”
