“I was so pleased with the quality and value of this tile that I have already placed an order for our condo renovation. The colour variation gives the look of a zellige style tile at a fraction of the cost. The sample arrived promptly and well packaged. The tile was exactly as desribed on the website.”
“The tiles ad displayed were an individual tile approx 6ins×2ins.
What I actually received were a little over 24ins × 12 ins.
THIS IS MOT WHAT I ORDERED
Customer services were a little short of rude telling me to go back to the store because that was the order number.bet.
Delivery:
I was informed, by the Delivery agent 2 days before and after paying in full that the £30 charge for 3 boxes of tiles wad kerb side and even if I opted to luck them up from the store there's STILL a delivery charge!!
Eventually they were dropped IN THE ROAD because the lorry was too big to get in my lay-by
Disgraceful service all round.
Never buy from this company again.”
