“Really good, high quality porcelain made in turkey, even my experienced tiler was impressed with it.
Really pleased with the whole process. Before the delivery a got an email saying the pallet was prepared, and also with a picture of it (great as you know what to expect in terms of size). Arrived with a few tiles broken, which I promptly made a report via their form (pallet comes with a sticker and a QR code to take you directly to the complaint form). They gave me many different options for it, I chose to get replacements which they sent promptly.”
