“The grout was not fit for purpose as it had gone off which Tile Mountain could not be blamed for as you could not tell until it was opened. Tile Mountain customer service were as good as they could be by offering a refund which would have covered the cost of the purchase of a new bag, however as the tiler needed the grout immediately I agreed that Tile Mountain made a donation to Micky Hazards off the bench suicide prevention charity instead.”
I’m sorry to hear the grout wasn’t fit for purpose and caused delays on site. We’re glad our refund option was available, however, and we are more than happy to donate the refund amount to such an important and worthy cause.
