“The product was good but unfortunately due inadequate instructions, I was unable to use all the grout in my project because it quickly hardened. I believed the customers should be advised to mix the two parts a little at a time.”
“I think there needs to be better clarity in the description of this product as once I received it I found out just how difficult it us to use... In fact my tiler refused as he said it was for commercial use. This us £50 a tub and after buying 2 tubs that's a lot of money to loose as Tile Mountain state you only have 14days to return consumables. This product is in a sealed plastic tub but because its grout its classed as consumable. Hopefully I can return on time tomorrow for full refund (will be driving there personally) as its day 14 since perchase! Fingers crossed 🤞”

“OK, firstly, go to Youtube and watch the Mapei video on how to apply. The guy makes it look simple, but it is an excellent video. Don't watch any other manufacturer, because the consistency of the grout may well be very different indeed.
The grout is mixed at a ration of 9:1 and if you get that wrong it will drastically affect the setting time, so don't get it wrong! It actually says that remains workable for 45 mins, but I found that in reality it was much longer. It remains "dangerously" soft for four hours, and "cautiously" soft for eight. Really, I would plan on staying out of the room for 12 hours minimum, 24 hours preferable.
This stuff is pretty easy to apply. Certainly nothing to be afraid of, provided you are well prepared in advance. I found it very useful to have a good supply of kitchen towels and plastic applicators on hand. If, like me, you are a bit messy, then having secondary clean tools on hand is a real plus!”
