“Unfortunately this colour recommend by yourselves was too dark for the tiles we used. So we were unable to use it.”

An anthracite grout colour is recommended with the wood effect range as it gives the effect of real wood planks. Therefore, the darker shade of grout replicates the gap between the real wooden planks.

“do not purchase this unless you want black grouting.we are so disappointed with the results.we thought at first that it would be lighter once dry.”

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your chosen grout colour. We do advertise the Ultracolor Anthracite as a charcoal grout and the product image does show the intended colour of this grout as being a charcoal black.
