I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the product. We have issued a replacement bag to you - however, we would always advise mixing the grout to the manufacturers instructions, as not doing so can affect the colour when dried. “Grout was a little darker than it looked on the picture, however worked perfect with the tiles and black trim, easy to mix and apply.”
