“Good grout, easy to work with and great choice of colours. Just a shame that when I went to buy the manager, at the watery lane Middleway Birmingham store, is an absolute grump! So unhelpful and unapproachable it’s put me off from going again! Not sure who made him manager but he’s not a people’s person and gave me one word answers. A few other words are a lot more helpful and one gentleman showed me a book of samples with all the colours so I can actually choose the right colour.”
