I am very sorry to see that you have received damaged tiles on all three deliveries. Unfortunately, our tiles are more fragile in transit, but once they are installed they are very durable, so we do not expect any issues moving forward.
We do, however, understand the inconvenience and annoyance that this has caused, so we have issued a £30 refund on your latest order to apologise for this. Please allow five working days for this to reach you.
