“Been using this grout protector for about 10 years, it certainly works. I put 3 coats on leaving 10 mins in between and polish off any residue with the 4th coat. Used on many many bathrooms, as well as my own which after 10 years of use the grout still looks brand new, no mold or staining.
As a professional tiler, I use this on all my new bathroom tiling installs and rate it. Also use on floors and kitchen walls.”
