I have not used the 6 Head Cutter yet, but I expect it will do the job well.when I do use it.”
“I have had one for years, but it had a threaded top on it so when I used it in my drill chuck, it burred the thread. This was okay because I never intended using the thread.
I bought the new one, but the cutter is much bigger and when I used it on some older Black Bean I had lying around, it split the timber.
The older one is a much smaller diameter cutter so have reverted back to the old one.
I'll try the new one on some fresh timber, but the beauty of pen making is that any scraps lying around are ideal, generally well seasoned.”
