“Using these synthetic bushings when applying CA glue to pens will protect your metal bushings and allow you to get more use out of them. You do still need to be careful to ensure your pen barrels are clean on the ends before polishing them.”

“When you are using CA glue on pens as a finish without Synthetic Bushings you run the risk of chipping the work you have just finished when removing the metal bushes so for me it's a low-cost big gain. Thank you Timberbits.”
