“Clippers did not work completely. The blades were simply not sharp enough and my hair wasn't being cut cleanly when I or my friend tried using them. Furthermore, the speed of the clippers changed and slowed down and started up. I think the ones I got were malfunctioning or perhaps defective. To return I had to pay for the shipping which was disappointing. I think the YouTube channel is great but the product isn't as good as a pair of clippers like Wahl Deluxe Haircutting Kit.”
“The adjustable clipper was heavy, slippery to hold. I didn't
get a comb. The trimmer blade was far out of alignment. Will
replacement clipper blades be available? My heart agrees

“I really don’t like writing reviews and never even write reviews but this is an update on my review from my experience with the company. I felt that i was acting immature and that I needed some time to think after I made my previous review. I was thinking that I shouldn’t of given them 3 stars. Maybe I was just upset because my hair was unconveniently uneven. I mean who wouldn’t be upset or angry that their hair is uneven and the product you’re using stopped working on your first time using it. Idk I shouldn’t act this way because their product was indeed really good and that their service is really good as well. They offered me some free stuff, which they didn’t really needed to and I appreciated it. This mean that they really do care about their customers. However, I’m only giving them 4 stars because they sent me a product that was already fully charged, so maybe a used item. Other than that, their service is one of the best service I’ve experienced!”

“I had recently taken to cutting my own hair and bought this product because my beard trimmer just wasn't, well, "cutting it". So far it seems to do a great job and I hope it proves durable enough to last for years to come. I have mixed feeling about the construction as it's pretty heavy but on the other hand it feels very solid so maybe that is a good thing. Only mild annoyance is that the charger can be difficult to plug into the clippers (it's a very tight fit), so I may shave off a bit of the rubber to make it fit easier (my concern being that if I am pushing too hard to get the plug in that I may inadvertently stress that connection on the clippers and cause damage over time). Product works great though. Only takes about 4 months or so to have made a return on my investment just from cutting my own hair.”
