Came packed nicely in a metal crate, easy to slide around, and fit into my truck bed. Fairly easy install, meaning you have to position and temporarily secure using C clamps, woodblocks, etc. to mark the holes. Once you have it positioned correctly then you simply drill and bolt onto the bucket. I do not have a quick attach bucket so this made the most sense for my needs and I don't have to swap out between the two. The grapple does stick up a little which slightly obstructs your view, but nothing to terrible. Grabs logs, brush, etc. well and if I pickup dirt, I can tilt bucket down to get some out. I have had mine for several months and picked up several large rocks...no more wiggleing rocks into the bucket! I'll post a video on youtube soon.

Pretty impressed with it. Until I had to lengthen the hoses. You should use regular JIC fittings. Every repair shop has JIC fittings had to make a new hose
