“I am very happy with the purchase. Very tricky to order a product like this online however, with the combination of Titan's site reviews, descriptions and dimensions, I was able to select exactly what was needed and what was to be expected. It was delivered within a 10 day time period from the date the order was placed. The grapple was firmly packaged in a steel crate, without damage. As described within the other reviews, the hose connections are exposed to damage. I created a shield by bolting a 12" piece of 4" angle to keep branches from snapping them off. The stud provided in which the hoses are connected is nowhere near sufficient. I am not sure why Titan would overlook this other than cost. Titan is lower cost than other manufacturers. No fault of Titan but, when the grapple opens all the way, it does strike the hydraulic couplers on my Bobcat. Titan is trying to create a universal piece of equipment. I modified the hose couplers to incorporate a 90 degree fitting on the grapple and had to turn the Bobcat coupler about 45 degrees inward. This resolved the issue. Some of the pipes that keep the bottom tines spread are welded crooked which gives an optical illusion that the grapple itself is bent or damaged. It does not appear to affect the performance but, you are looking at it while it is working at eye height and you think something bent during operation. It's not the end of the world but, I would expect everything to be square. I'm not picking but only providing an honest review. Overall, the grapple is a beast. It is heavy but, it is made of thick steel. It performs just as advertised and as what is to be expected. I would have no issue with recommending this product to others. I am happy with my purchase so far.”
