“We’ve already had this talk and no one has said anything about it! No I’m not happy at all! It doesn’t work like it should, when it’s mounted where to go straight out with the stick it’s in the way to dig whit the backhoe opened all the way and will hit the boom ! It needs more travel and the base ( the weld on part ) needs to be longer ! Please send me the correct size cylinder to make this work.”

“As of today I haven't been able to use my thumb attachment. The hydraulic lines that were supplied with the kit are 16" shorter than what I need. After repeated phonecalls and emails, I was told that titan only offers 1 size hydraulic line. I went to 2 different local hydraulic hose shops, and neither can make new lines for the hydraulic cylinder that came with the thumb kit. The cylinder requires flat-face METRIC thread fittings. These are impossible to locate for me locally.”

“Installed my new excavator thumb and immediately started leaking hydraulic fluid, and the fluid had metal shavings in it. Already removed it (before taking the excavator off the trailer) . Totally unsatisfied.”
